This collection of music videos, films, commercials, and animations showcases both my visual effects and videography. For more information, please contact me here!
I have over 6 years of experience with editing, texturing, and rendering of all types. Most of the models you see here were modeled in Autodesk Maya.
Box modeling involves starting with nothing more than a simple polygon cube, and ending with a complete, complex poly mesh. Most of the models you see here started out as cubes, and through countless extusions and the careful pushing and pulling of verts, they became the models you see below. They are also all "built to smooth," no help from z-brush here.
New Orleans is a feast for the eyes and the soul. A truly inspiring city in terms of, food, culture, and of course; visuals.
My work for the Growlerie involved photographing one of my favorite subjects so far; beer! My work here is intended to represent the fun, welcoming environment that the Beaverton Taphouse offers. And of course, to make the beverages look great.
It’s always a pleasure to shoot a product that represents a great cause. Artisan Gear makes canvas bags and wallets with an emphasis on environmental friendliness. Like many of my projects, working with Artisan Gear involved both photography and web design.
Portraiture + Light Painting
A photographic experiment that combines pin-up style portraiture and Light Painting. Rich contrast and electric, candy colors highlight these urban portraits.
Off-camera flashes were used to ‘lock’ in the Model's poses. Then, light streaks were ‘painted’ in with colorful LEDs during the rest of the long exposure. This allowed me to feature background textures while light painting, which is traditionally done on black backgrounds.
All light streaks were captured in-camera.
Photos cataloguing my 2016 Journey through Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. While photography was not the primary purpose of the trip, it was impossible not to take a few of these incredible places.
At Klein Instruments, my job went far beyond taking new product photos. After getting hired on from a contract position, I began retooling the entire company’s design language and image. From modernizing the website, to cleaning up the logo; I touched almost every aspect of Klein Instrument’s identity during my time there.
Some short clips from a few of the incredible weddings I've had the privilege to film over the years.
Beautiful craftsmanship is always a pleasure to shoot. At Revelations Bend, reclaimed barnwood is repurposed into beautiful (and nearly indestructible) furniture.
Portland, OR is a beautiful city to call home. I feel lucky to have done so for most of my life, and it’s influences reflect in much of my art.
Feast your eyes!
A collection of graphic design work from different companies I have worked with. This collection places an emphasis on work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for print applications.
